He was predeceased by: his son John Christopher Bernier; and his sisters, Nancy Baron and Aline Dube. He is survived by: his wife Jane S. Bernier of Kensington, NH; his children, Jeremy Bernier (Katy Dresnok) of Epping, NH, Jennifer Morrison (Jim) of Pickens, SC, Julie McCown (Sean) of Newmarket, NH and Danielle Moreno (Jaime) of Middlebury, IN; and his brother Ronald J. Bernier of Exeter, NH.. He is also survived by loving husband, a giving brother, and a father who taught his children.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rockingham Ballroom (22 Ash Swamp Rd, Newmarket, NH 03857).
