He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tremblay; his children, Thomas Tremblay, Mark Tremblay of Concord, VT., Marie Napolitan (Thomas Napolitan) of Feeding Hills, MA and Stephen Tremblay (Sonali Patel) of Morgan, VT.; and his grandchildren, Taryn Tremblay, Timothy Tremblay of St. Johnsbury, Joseph Napolitan and Jacob Napolitan of Feeding Hills, MA..
