He is survived by: his children, Claire Merrill (Chuck) of Sanford, ME and James Ball (Katie) of Mint Hill, NC; his grandson Joseph Merrill of Virginia Beach, VA; and his siblings, Robert Ball (Mary) of Keene, Nancy Dintino (Victor) of Keene, Thelma Carpenter of Keene and John Ball (Mary) of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
