He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Baldwin and Antoinette Baldwin (Metivier); his wife Phyllis Baldwin (Kent); his brother Thomas Baldwin; his sons-in-law, Bruce Sharkey and William Brown; and his grandson Barry Sharkey.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Baldwin, Jr. (Judy) of Keene, Bruce Baldwin (Connie) of Massachusetts and Sandra Brown of Utah; his grandchildren, Stacie Norton, Melissa Bishop, Nicole Corcoran and Jill Amidon; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Erin, Brady, Riley, Samantha, Bryce, Brody and Ella.
