He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Starkey (Glines); and his siblings, Timothy Starkey and Katherine Starkey. He is survived by: his father William Starkey Sr.; his children, Sarai Tarr and Joshua Starkey; and his grandchildren, Amirah and Gryphon Tarr.
