He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily D'Agostino (Purgantini) and Thomas D'Agostino. He is survived by: his wife Diane Way of Keene; his children, Anthony D'Agostino (Marloe) of New Orleans, LA. and Alison Dorow of Barrington, NH; his grandchildren, Jacob D'Agostino, Brady D'Agostino, Ty Dorow, Maya Dorow, Colin Shanks (Maura), Carson Shanks, Noah Weston, Ian Singer and Isaac Singer; his close friend Henry "Hank" Brunjes (Lynn) of Swanzey, NH; his cousin Michael Pedroza; and also Alicia of Ashville, NC..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Thomas's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
