Sherman A. Lovering Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherman A. Lovering of Keene, New Hampshire, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Sherman shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sherman farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Lovering and Alice Lovering (Manning); and his son Stephen S. Lovering. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie E. Hunter; and his children, James A. Lovering (Nancy), Jeffery Hunter Lovering and Katherine L. Shanks (William). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
