He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred P. Amadon and Flora Amadon (Schultz); his son Gary W. Amadon; and his siblings, Marlene Hunt and Kenneth Amadon.

He is survived by: his wife Esther M. (Campbell); his daughter Brenda S. Amadon of Keene; his great grandchild Athena Nott of Epping, NH; and his siblings, Judy Thompson of Keene and Bruce Amadon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
