He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Posner. He is survived by: his stepmother Linda S. (Plante); his spouse Amy D. Posner (Head); his children, Mackenzie L. Posner and Isabel L. Posner of Keene; and his siblings, Cade Nutting of Stoddard, Patty Middlebrooks (Art) of Redondo Beach, CA. and Dennis Posner (Joe) of Landing, N. J. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations can be made in memory of Robert S. Posner to: Any Savings Bank of Walpole Branch for the care of Bob's daughters.
