He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Bowker (Jefts) and Leo Bowker. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bowker of Winchester, NH; his children, Anna Candelario (George) of New Britain, CT, Sharon Bower (Tom Norton) of Harrington, CT and John Bowker (Christine) of Westmoreland, NH; and his brother Douglas Bowker (Phyllis) of Athol, MA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
