The memory of Michele Major (Keene, New Hampshire), who passed away on January 29, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid Michele farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michele is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Major; and her brother William Major. She is survived by: her mother Fina Major (Schey) of Keene; her significant other Richard Whitney; her daughter Amanda Major (Steven) of Swanzey; her brother Richard (Leslie) of Sullivan; her half-siblings, Melissa Major of Tennessee and Mark Major of Tennessee; and her grandson Christopher Weeks (Andrea) of Chesterfield.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cheshire Family Funeral Home (44 Maple Ave, Keene, NH 03431-1628).
