He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernice, Alfred Braun and Walter M. Bush. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher N. Bush and Diane L. Bush (Braun); his siblings, Aaron Bush (Erica) of Framingham, MA, Elizabeth Zurawski (Christopher) of Albany, NY and Hannah Bush of Shanghai, China; his niece Lillian; his nephew Charles Bush; and his grandmother Janet Bush of Victor, NY. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
