She was predeceased by: her parent Marion (Marsh). She is survived by: her children, Judith M. Sullivan (Francis) of Keene and James D. Pratt of Newton, MA.; her grandchildren, Kathleen L. Sullivan of Albany, VT. and Margaret M. Lashof-Sullivan (Matthew) of Watertown, MA.; and her great grandchild Cora J. Lashof-Sullivan of Watertown, MA..

Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. Donations can be made in memory of Marion R. Pratt to: Monadnock Humane Society, 101 West Swanzey Rd. Swanzey, NH. 03446.
