She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maurice Amidon and Elvira Amidon (Lawrence); her children, Joanne Azevedo (Al) of Ceres, CA, Carol Johnson-Goulet (George Goulet) of Chesterfield, Patty Haversat (Eric) of Tewksbury, MA, Carl Johnson (Joanne) of Bellingham, WA and Arthur Johnson (Donna) of Keene; her grandchildren, Jennifer Bobbin (Jared), Ryan Johnson (Alexandra Marella), Jacob Haversat, Jocelyn Haversat, Philip Goulet (Ashton Gatley), Gregory Goulet and Bryce Johnson; her great grandchild Harper Bobbin; her brothers, Ralph Amidon (Peggy) of Grafton, MA and Norman Amidon of Hinsdale, NH; her husband Carl A. Johnson; and her sister Thelma Boucher. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

She also worked at Joan's Food Pantry helping to keep the shelves stocked and getting donations into the right hands.
