She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Whitten and Alice Whitten (Mahoney); her husband Paul C. Perkins; and her siblings, Laurence Whitten Jr., Margaret Clougherty and Helen Nawoj.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Heath (John) of Sanbornton, David Perkins (Ginger) of Jackson and Rick Perkins (Nikki) of Bedford, NH; and her grandchildren, Becky, Sarah, Cassandra, Chad and Piper. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
