She is survived by: her children, Sarah Herbert (Todd) of Manchester and Jared Herbert (Katie) of Keene; her brothers, Paul Nowak (Phyllis) of Manchester and Tom Nowak (Terri) of Keene; her significant other Chuck Fontaine (Ronald) of Swanzey; and her grandsons, Liam Herbert and Cory Herbert. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
