He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Blair (Kennison) and Harold Blair; and his brother-in-law Robert Collier. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne S. Martell of Keene; his daughter Heather A. Martell of Ashland; and his sister Kathleen Williams of Swanzey. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
