He was predeceased by: his parents, Madelyn Locke (Jahr) and John C. Locke; and his sister Madalyn Locke. He is survived by: his wife Barbara F. Locke of Keene; his children, Jeanine Locke and Christy Sicke; and his sister Jean Fitzpatrick of Jackson, N. J. He is also survived by six grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
