He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Topa (Ketchum) and Joseph Topa. He is survived by: his wife Marlene P. Topa of Keene; his son Stephen Topa of Pensacola, FL.; his grandchildren, Zachary Nutting (Lindsey), Scott Topa, Ian Topa (Shannon Summers), Kelsey Topa-Papa (Gino), Jasmine Howard, Lila Masterson and Violet Masterson; and his great grandchild Caroline Howard.
