He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara McGilvery (Clark) and Joseph McGilvery of Gladwyne, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Pat McGilvery of Keene, NH; his children, Jennifer Paronto (Andy) of Laconia, NH, Jim McGilvery (Jillian) of Ardmore, PA and Bob McGilvery of Keene, NH; his grandchildren, Emily (Sebastian), Lyndsey, Logan, Mia, Kieran, Molly, Quinn, Harper and Trevor; his great grandchild Celia Rose; his siblings, Meg Donahue (Joe), Mike McGilvery (Dottie), Kate Jaanus (Charles), Maureen McClatchy (Michael), Joe McGilvery (Dana) and Steve McGilvery; and his goddaughter Susan Carney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

All of those attending services are required to wear masks.
