Atkins of Keene, New Hampshire, born in Marlborough, New Hampshire, who passed away at the age of 92, on February 23, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. Croteau and Isabelle R. Croteau (Davieau); her husband Homer L. Atkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Howard, Gary Croteau and Lorraine McClean.

She is survived by: her children, Callie A. Chase (David) of Cumberland, ME and Dana H. Atkins (Briana D. Atkins) of Statesboro, GA; and her sister Kathleen Isakson of Rindge, NH. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

“In loving memory of Jean A. Atkins, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Jean was one of my favorite and first clients when I started doing taxes. She always came to see me every year on Ash Wednesday. I will miss her greatly, The year she didn't make an appointment for Ash Wednesday we called to make sure she was okay. When she was still in her house at 80+ she was out on her tractor mowing a field, strong resourceful woman.”
