He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hector H. and Lillian Girard, Sr. (Lévesque); his wife Jeanne Girard (Brodeur); his children, Peter H. Girard (Pak Yen Lim) of Cambridge, MA, Michael A. Girard (Joetta) of Stratham, NH, Vivian L. Williams (Anthony) of Hampton, VA, Philip D. Girard (Sheri) of Deerfield, NH and Andrew J. Girard (Meghan) of Bridgewater, MA.; his grandchildren, Keith Girard, Marie Hall, Jacob Williams, Joshua Williams, Jessica Girard, Arthur Girard, William Girard, Summer Girard and Nolan Girard; his great grandchildren, James Williams, Noah Williams and Ayla Girard; his son Paul Girard; and his sisters, Madeline Meattey and Vivian Desjardins.
