He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kretschmar and Hattie Kretschmar (Ellis); his children, Michael, Adam, Joey, Brian Kretschmar and Marissa Kretschmar; and his siblings, Leon Kretschmar and Pauline Kretschmar.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Vanessa, Timothy, Matthew, Jacob, Johnathan, Joshua, Kamarra, Lakala, Hannah and Christian; his wife Carolina J. Kretschmar (Willette) of Swanzey; his children, William Gagne of Swanzey, Jean McLendon (Matthew) of Swanzey and Rochelle Kretschmar of Swanzey; and his sister-in-law Sally Parker of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
