He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys M. Boulter (Gentleman) and Roy E. Boulter. He is survived by: his wife Roma D. Boulter of Keene; his children, Talia J. Walley of Epping, Nicholas J. Boulter (Amy) of Connecticut and Cindi R. Beede (Chad) of Fitzwilliam; his brother Richard E. Boulter (Suzanne) of Webster; and also, Isabella H. Walley, Emma N. Boulter, Jackson D. Boulter, Thomas L. Boulter, William H. Boulter, Caroline M. Boulter, Paige E. Beede and Griffin M. Beede.
