He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sullivan and Lillian Sullivan (Mourey). He is survived by: his wife Judith Sullivan (Pratt); his daughters, Katie Sullivan and Margaret Lashof-Sullivan; his son-in-law Matthew Lashof-Sullivan; his grandchildren, James and Cora Lashof-Sullivan; and his sisters, Noelle Sciuto and Maureen McClintock. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Fort at No. 4.
