Frances E. Fontaine Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances E. Fontaine of Keene, New Hampshire, born in Harlingen, Texas, who passed away on September 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Merdian and Hilda Merdian; her husband Edward L. Fontaine, Sr.; her sons, Paul and Andrew Fontaine; and her brother Anton Merdian (Mary Merdian).
She is survived by: her children, Ed Fontaine, David Fontaine and Carol Chickering Janice (David); her grandsons, Michael Chickering (Hilary) and Stephen Chickering (Amy); her great grandchildren, Adaline and Gavin Chickering; her brother John Merdian (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Theresa Murdough and Cecile Chickering. She is also survived by six step-great-grandchildren.
