He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Wilfred Folsom and Ada Folsom (Shannehan); his grandfather Don; his wife Corinne "Connie" Folsom; his stepdaughter Kathleen Meade; and his siblings, Earl, Richard Folsom and Jean Enman.
He is survived by: his children, David Folsom, Deborah Folsom, Mark Goodell, Kim Goodell and Scott Goodell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
