He is survived by: his sister Janice Leake Bullard; his brother-in-law Robert Keith Bullard; his niece Leigh Christine Bullard; his cousins, David Leake McClelland, Sara Isobel McClelland, Ellen McClelland Lesser and Peggy Erickson; and his parents, James Haig Leake and Barbara Ann Haight Leake.
