He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Emerson (Lowe) and Leon Emerson; his daughter Shirley Emerson; and his siblings, Marie Capen and James Emerson.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Emerson of Merrimack and Evelyn Merkle of Keene; and his brother Donald Emerson. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, his 11 great-grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
