He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cloutier and Elodia Cloutier (Rouleau); and his siblings, Napoleon, Donat, Gerard, Elie, Syilva, Claire Bernard (Caouette) and Rose Hanks.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne C. Cloutier (Rouleau) of Keene; his children, Russell A. Cloutier (Mary Beth Given) of Keene, Celeste A. Kaye (Barry) of Sharon, MA and Denise M. Cloutier of Goshen, CT; his grandchildren, Rachel Maguire (Rory), Stephanie Borow (Scott), Jason Kaye and Gregory Cloutier; and his great grandchild Allison Borow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
