She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Raymond and Rose Lillian Smith (Billings); her brothers, Albion Smith, Lewis Smith Jr. and Theodore Colby of Jefferson; and her daughter-in-law Rae Jean Gross.
She is survived by: her husband Neil Arden Gross of Jefferson; her children, Bo Gross of Lancaster, Mark Coleman Gross (Line Host) of Jefferson, Melodie Rose Stevens (Timothy) of Jefferson and Terri Ann Larcomb (Colin) of Jefferson; and her siblings, Robert Parker of Maine, Russell Parker of Maine, Robert Crouse of Connecticut and Eleanor Ryerson of Maine. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
