It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Earl Charlonne of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Charlonne and Pauline Charlonne (Cote); his wife Debrah Burnham Eaton; and his siblings, Sheila Charlonne, Joan Ladeau, Patricia Dyer, Colleen Hardy, Mary Lewis, Gerald Charlonne, Francis Charlonne (Bob) and Edward Charlonne.
He is survived by: his significant other Anita Lake of Keene, NH.; his daughters, Lori Lake (Durrell) and Patricia Chapman (Jordan) of Keene, NH.; his stepchildren, Kyle Martin (Morgan) of Jaffrey, NH and Rebecca Eaton of Limestone, TN; his stepgrandson Anthony Eaton of Jaffrey, NH; his sisters, Janice Hurd of Gardner, MA, Carolyn Haselton (Stan) of Brattleboro and Marcia Charlonne (Scott) of Brattleboro; his sister-in-law Loretta Charlonne of Winchendon, MA; his grandchildren, Meagan, Lucas Burkhardt (Madeline), Brenden, Trevor and Joslynn Roy; his extended family, Rickey Lake, Darlene Wilson (Dirk) and Samuel Lake (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Christopher Lake, Tiffany Hardy, Nicholas, Katie Hardy, Eliot and Lilah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews their children and grandchildren and some very special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to The Jack Byrne Center for Palliative & Hospice Care.
