As we bid Peggy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Peggy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Sackel and Elizabeth Sackel. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Carbone; her children, Jennifer St. George (Christopher) of Hudson, NH, Robert J. Carbone Jr. (Cathy) of Merrimack, NH, Nadine Mack (Shawn) of Merrimack, NH and John Paul Carbone (Angela) of Nashua, NH; and her sister Cathy Friedman (Doug) of Bolivia, NC.. She is also survived by grandchildren, two beloved bonus grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home & Cremation Center (33 River St, Jaffrey, NH 03452). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saint Stanislaus Parish (80 Richmond Rd, Winchester, NH 03470).
