Maureen Desmarais Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Desmarais of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Sausville Scanlon and James E. Scanlon, Sr.; her husband Edward; and her brother James E. Scanlon, Jr.. She is survived by: her sibling Africa; her children, Justine Desmarais (Paul Dynan) of Maryland, Patrick Desmarais (Melanie) of Massachusetts and James Desmarais of Connecticut; her stepchildren, Brenda Belliveau (Brian), Debra Shelley (Scott), Rebecca St (Albert), Pamela Desmarais and Scott Davis of Virginia; and her siblings, Justine Scanlon (Stuart Hurd), Joseph Scanlon (Jennifer Burr) of Vermont and Jane Scanlon (Tommy Lopez) of California. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
