He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Mattson and Minnie Mattson (Hackler); his brothers, Kyle and Peter; and his friend Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Charlonne (David) of Jaffrey and Jaice Leveille (Tina) of Winchendon, MA; his grandchildren, Morgann, Melora, Patrick, Preston and Evan; and his former wife Kim. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
