She was predeceased by: her parent William C. Shively. She is survived by: her parent Mary Shively (Warriner); her spouse Theodore R. Magoun; and her sons, Peter R. Magoun of Traverse City, MI and Matt S. Magoun of Bedford. She is also survived by wives, two nieces, three married grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
