He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Manners and Nancy Manners (Gallio); his son Stephen Manners; his siblings, Robert Manners and Sandra Manners; and his granddaughter Juliette Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Manners of Jaffrey; his children, Luann Manners, James Manners Jr. (Kathy) of Millbury, MA, Janet Queally (Tom) of Sutton, MA, Sharon Richard of Simi Valley, CA, Bruce and Kristi Richard of Worcester, MA; and his brother Michael Manners of Millbury, MA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
