Durost Jr. of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, born in Hartland, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton L. "Curly" Durost, Sr. and Kathleen "Kay" Durost; his wife Helen M. Durost; his aunt Cheryl DuPlessis (late Robert "Uncle Dolly"); and his siblings, Robert "Scooby" Durost (Roberta Ferrari) of Billerica, William "Billy" Durost (Lucille) of Tewksbury, Carl Durost (Jeanne) of Wilmington and Kathy Roberge (late Daniel Roberge) of Stark, NH.
He is survived by: his children, Alton Durost, III of Merrimack, Karen Pellegrino of Merrimack, Paul Durost of Jaffrey, Stacey Durost-Sullivan (Shawn Sullivan) of Maine, Ethan Durost (Courtney), Zandra Morris, Travis Morris, Dallas Williams, Ruby, Grampy and Allie Vaillancourt. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
