He was predeceased by : his parents, James Moynihan and Margaret Moynihan (Harkins); and his sister Lorraine Souza of Lowell. He is survived by : his wife Deborah A. (Tousignant); and his sisters, Ann Purcell of Dracut, MA and Mary Ellen Gordon of Westford.
