He is survived by: his parents, Carl G. Curtis and Sheila Curtis (Howland); his siblings, Bryan and Carla of Hudson; his great-uncle Ronald Kinney of Connecticut; his uncles, Gary Curtis of Maine, Richard (Celeste Curtis), Keith (Michelle Howland) and Alan (Candy Howland); his aunt Donna Curtis (Tom Pinkin); and his cousins, Christopher Curtis, Nathan Cardozo, Terra Curtis, Cassidy Holden, Garrett Curtis, Haley Holden, Avery Curtis, Jeffery, Timothy Howland, Laura Howland-Carberry, Heather and Christopher Jordan.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests sending memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
