He is survived by: his daughter Amber; his wife Vicky; his stepsons, Christopher and Timothy; his grandchildren, Christie, Marie, Zachary and Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Eragon and Charlie; and his siblings, Diane, Sue, Mike and Paul.
