Bailey (Howard); his children, Paul Jr., Phillip, David, Mark, Joel, Timothy, Barry, Frederick and Deborah L. Smith; and his sister Jesse Cohen. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild.
