She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Card and Arline Card (Constant); her brother Norman Card; and her daughter Barbara Hamilton. She is survived by: her husband Cliff Blake; her siblings, John "JC" Card of Hudson, NH, Edward Card of Nashua, NH and Sandra "Bootsie" Ashe of Burlington, VT.; her children, Clifford "Kicker" Blake Jr. (Bernadette) of Lowell, MA, Charles Blake of Sebago, ME, JoAnn Blake of Lowell, MA and Heather Wasson (Philip) of Livermore, CA.; and her great grandchild Melissa Jensen of Lowell, MA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
