He is survived by: his spouse Brooke Mulligan (Ryan); his son James E. Mulligan (Amanda) of Hudson, NH.; his grandchildren, Aidan of Hudson, NH and Brooke Mulligan of Hudson, NH; and his siblings, Anne "Nancy" Kushick of Fern Glenn, PA, John (Susan Mulligan), Margaret Borneisen of Wake Forest, NC, Edward (Priscilla Mulligan) and Robert (Bette Mulligan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
