He is survived by: his wife Joan Wagner (Smith); his children, Wade Wagner and Wende (Wagner); his son-in-law Chris Anderson; and his brother Terry Schaefer of North Carolina. He is also survived by granddaughters, a niece, several nephews, cousins, and his devoted friends.
