He was predeceased by: his parent Madelyn R. "Bobbie" Midgley. He is survived by: his granddaughter Maddyson; his children, Richard A. Midgley (Kathryn), Maddyson Midgley of Hudson, Stephanie M. Midgley and Justin Davolio of Hollis; his father Albert R. Midgley Sr of Hampstead; and his sisters, Denise LeBoeuf (Mark LeBoeuf) of Hudson, Susan Kawa (Edward Kawa Jr) and Danville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
