He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hartford and Fannie Hartford (Burwell); and his wife Louise Hartford (Allaire). He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Lovering (Mark) of Manchester, Joanne Rollins of Manchester, Lisa Boutin (Clermont) of Manchester and Tammy Gagnon (Greg) of Epsom; his grandchildren, Kristin (Matthew), Anna (Jordan), Holly (Shawn), Celine and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Louise. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Bill's memory to a charity of one's choice.
