Chase (Hooksett, New Hampshire), born in Concord, New Hampshire, who passed away on March 21, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Walter B.. He is survived by: his parent Harriet Chase (Andrews); his wife Theresa "Terri"; his children, Eric Chase (Rebecca), Carole Chase (Kenneth), Sandra Chase (Dianne), Scott Chase, Michael Chase, Shawn McKenney and Rebecca McKenney; his great grandchildren, Colby, Connor, Milo, Luke, Logan and Calvin; and his friend Jane Bandy.

Donations may be made to the Walter C. Chase Memorial Music Education Fund.
