He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Phelps and Ann Phelps (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Simonne Phelps (Lemire) of Hooksett; his daughter Kristen Phelps of Dover; his sisters, Ruthann Hall of Shadyside, MD and Donna Sherwood (Rob) of Stevensville, MD; his mother-in-law Pauline Lessard (Lemire) of Bedford; and his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Lemire of Hooksett and Paul Lemire (Kelly) of Hooksett. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that all attending would please wear a mask.
