He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Ouellette and Leola Ouellette (Thibodeau); his brother Vernon Ouellette; his grandson Ronald Ouellette (RJ); and his nephew Jason Ouellette.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terry" Ouellette (Butler); and his pet Tripper.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium (243 Hanover St, Manchester, NH 03104). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
